A fantastic opportunity had become available for an experienced female HR officer to join a top Retail Company based here in Dubai. Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for recruitment and on-boarding of new staff. The company is dynamic, young and vibrant with beautiful offices in a trendy and relaxed environment, they also have some fantastic brands under their belt so they will be looking for a candidate who has a keen eye for fashion and an interest in the fashion industry.
The most part of your time you will be responsible for staff recruitment and retention, supporting the HR manager with manpower planning, budgeting, interviewing processes and having input in the final selection process. The role will also require you to be responsible for the database, developing contracts and identifying sourcing options.
The role will also require the successful candidate to be involved with performance management making sure all employees are appraised correctly and fairly whilst identify areas of training and development based on the employees areas of weakness. Candidate orientation will also play a small part of the role and you will be required to support the HR manager with any other duties and ad-hoc support they require on a daily basis.
SKILLS YOU NEED TO HAVE
Ideally the candidate will ideally have 5 previous HR experience preferably within the retail industry and minimum of 2 years HR experience here in the UAE is a must. You must have an excellent command the English language and be able to communicate effectively with internal and external parties. You must have a valid driving license and your own transportation for this role.
