WHAT THE JOB REQUIRES

Job Description:

- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Reception
- Handling all incoming & outgoing mails & couriers
- Processing payments
- Scrapping newspapers on various economic issues
- Office administration and secretary(Filing, documentation, paper working, invoicing, purchasing necessities, etc)
- Other relevant duties that may be assigned from time to time

- Salary: 4,500 AED (negotiable)

WHAT SKILLS YOU NEED TO HAVE

English: Advanced
Educational Preferences: College or university graduate
Age Range: 20-30 years old
Gender: Female

Term of the Contract: 1 year(every one year renewal)
Working Hours: 8:00 - 17:00
Vacations: 20 working days
Insurance: Provided to employee
Flight Ticket: Provided once in two years
Visa Type: UAE Residency Visa under DIFC Sponsorship
Basic computer skills(MS office packages of Word, Excel, etc) are needed.
