Seagate is currently seeking a Territory Sales Representative
 
Key Objectives
·         Manage Key channel accounts (Integrators, Retailers and resellers) and work with regional distribution partners to deliver the Best In Class support in the industry
·         Execute the Company’s sales strategy in the Middle East (GCC countries with Dubai and Saudi being focused countries)
·         Achieve annual market share targets and commission quotas
·         Identify and develop sales opportunities in new emerging markets (non-PC applications - surveillance etc)
·         Achieve retail excellence in supply chain management, merchandising and promotions, and relationship building with key Power Retailers
Job description
·         Analyse market trends and provide accurate forecasts
·         Provide feedback and input to the Senior Sales Manager to ensure that services and strategy are developed to meet the demands of channel partners
·         Liaise with local channel sales reps and marketing to develop channel programs
·         Build long term relationships with key channel customers, at all levels (General Managers, CEO’s, buyers, product managers and sales managers)
·         Manage local integrators, providing them with product roadmaps, early qualification samples, and helping them transition to new product releases
·         Identify regional requirements and work towards finding a solution to remove any barriers to sales
·         Anticipate and address key issues which affect the achievement of team goals
·         Contribute and support new business sales initiatives to achieve success
·         Provide support and feedback to channel relations managers in Saudi
·         Provide leadership on defining key opportunities and initiatives in the region to grow the business
·         Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for managing accounts
·         Develop and implement an in-country strategy’s to enable Seagate to penetrate the market and grow its market share
·         Network with key contacts in industry
Experience
 
·         Minimal 3+ years channel sales experience in Dubai / Saudi market
·         Strong track record of quota achievement working in an IT company
·         Commercial knowledge of business, ideally from working in a similar market
·         Management of direct sales team
·         Evidence of strong leadership and drive
 
Education
 
·         Degree educated preferred
 
Required Skills
 
·         Arabic Speaking
·         Good written and oral communications skills (English)
·         Strong analyticalapproach to problem solving
·         Backs business decisions with solid fact-based arguments
·         Presents effectively to both internal and external audiences
·         Demonstrates positive attitude / enthusiasm when working with team or presenting to client
